The gas storage tanks produced by enterprises that strictly implement the standards should be selected; according to relevant national regulations, each gas storage tank must be equipped with a quality assurance certificate before leaving the factory. The quality assurance certificate is the main certificate to prove that the gas storage tank is qualified. 2. The volume of the gas storage tank should be between 10% and 20% of the displacement of the compressor, generally 15%. When the gas consumption is large, the volume of the gas storage tank should be appropriately increased; if the gas consumption on site is small, it can be lower than 15%, preferably not lower than 10%; the general air compressor exhaust pressure is 7,8 .
3. The dryer is installed behind the gas storage tank, the function of the gas storage tank is more fully reflected, it plays the role of buffering, cooling and sewage discharge, which can reduce the load of the dryer, and is used in the working condition of the system with a more uniform gas supply. The dryer is installed before the gas storage tank, and the system can provide a large peak adjustment capability, which is mostly used in working conditions with large fluctuations in gas consumption.
4. When purchasing a gas storage tank, it is recommended not to only aim at the low price. Generally, there is a possibility of cutting corners when the price is low. Of course, it is recommended to choose products produced by some reputable manufacturers. There are many brands of gas storage tanks on the market today. Generally, pressure vessels are designed with a relatively high safety factor, and there are safety valves on the pressure vessels. Moreover, the design standards of pressure vessels in China are more conservative than those in foreign countries. So generally speaking, the use of pressure vessels is very safe.
